Break'n Pics license is simple and easy.  Break'n Pics encourages users to shared and create without hassles, however there are some simple key points.

The Ok's, permitted, and whats allowed:

• All photos on Break'n Pics are free to use.
• Citations and attributions are not required, but giving the photographer and or creator credit is appreciated however not necessary.
• Photo modifications are permitted.
• Downloading and sharing is permitted.

The not Ok's, not permitted, and whats not allowed:

• Implying endorsements and or brands.
• Don't sell or redistribute material - Contact the originator for those details.
• People that can be identified in bad light or in offensive ways.
• Don't sell unaltered copies of a photo, for example don't sell it as a stock photo, poster, print or on a physical product without adding any value.  Consult with the originator.  Donation(s) to the contributor or originator do not entitle parites and or individuals any copyrights for resale as this is a free site.
